Sales Force
Every member of the G&G Oil sales force has attended numerous technical seminars and has received extensive training in all areas of lubricating applications. Every member of our team is cross-trained to assist our customers with their various requirements for lubricating products.
STLE CLS Certified Engineers
We currently have two members of our team that are the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE) Certified Lubrication Specialists (CLS). Many hours of in-the-field work and in-the-classroom training has prepared these individuals to be certified for this prestigious title so they can support our customers with solving their toughest lubrication related problems.
Major Oil Company Support
Along with our internal technical support staff, G&G Oil Company can rely on outstanding technical support from the various major oil companies we utilitize. Several engineers are on-call to support us with any lubrication questions that require additional confirmation in making the correct recommendation.
Oil Analysis
G&G Oil has an on-site laboratory to check, test, and verify the quality of our products. We also utilize local, independent laboratories for more in-depth analysis of our manufactured products and for our pro-active maintenance programs that we promote to our customers.
Customer Training
We at G&G Oil pride ourselves in educating our customers in lubrication practices and procedures. We can utilize one of our current programs or custom design a program to teach our customers' personnel about product fundamentals, applications, and the proper handling of various lubricating products.
Inventory Control
One of our services we can offer to our customers is inventory control. We can program a schedule that will allow our sales representatives to make certain that you do not run out of product and cause disruptions in your manufacturing/maintenance schedules.
Dedicated Transportation
Our fleet of delivery trucks are dedicated to transporting lubricating products and nothing else. We do not transport bulk fuels, chemicals, or solvents in our bulk trucks to ensure that cross-contamination with those types of products will not occur. Our wide variety of package products trucks are also dedicated to only transporting G&G Oil Lubricants Department products.
Around The Clock Service
Our staff is available to our customer’s needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We can be reached directly through our personal phones or through our answering service whenever an emergency arises.
